Cross scenic valleys, passing Gangapurna Glacier views, until reaching Manang, a key acclimatization town. Explore the village and prepare for high-altitude trekking.
Spend a day acclimatizing in Manang. Optional hikes to Gangapurna Lake or surrounding viewpoints help prevent altitude sickness and provide breathtaking scenery of the Annapurna range.
A short but steady climb brings you to Yak Kharka, a remote settlement surrounded by alpine meadows. The trail passes through sparse vegetation and offers clear views of towering peaks.
Ascend gradually through high-altitude terrain to Thorong Phedi, the base of Thorong La Pass. This village offers basic teahouse accommodation as trekkers prepare for the pass crossing.

Start early to cross Thorong La Pass (5,416 m), the highest point of the trek. Enjoy panoramic Himalayan views, then descend to Muktinath, a sacred pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhists.

Trek down the Kali Gandaki Valley, passing through villages, apple orchards, and terraced fields. Arrive at Marpha, famous for its apple brandy and traditional stone houses.

Continue descending through the valley, following the Kali Gandaki River. Cross several suspension bridges and enjoy the lush valley scenery before reaching Ghasa, a small village with welcoming lodges.

Trek through subtropical forests to Tatopani, known for its hot springs. Relax and soak your muscles in natural thermal baths after a long day of trekking.

Climb through dense forests and picturesque villages to Ghorepani, gateway to Poon Hill, one of the most famous sunrise viewpoints in Nepal. Overnight in a cozy teahouse.

Wake up early for a sunrise view at Poon Hill, watching Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machapuchare glow in the morning light. Afterward, trek to Tadapani, passing rhododendron forests.

Descend through terraced farmland and traditional Gurung villages to Ghandruk, offering cultural immersion, museum visits, and scenic mountain views.

Complete the trek by walking down to Nayapul, then drive to Pokhara, a lakeside city. Relax by Phewa Lake, enjoy local cuisine, and celebrate the completion of the circuit.
